Welcome to Style Cart Shop. Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the allowed return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method depending on the situation.

Exchange

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or exchange depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly mentioned on the product page if applicable.
